small patch, v.1.0.1-alpha

wohooo our first patch! We noticed a few little quirks after release but ty fixed them all cheerio

- fixed bug where you can softlock the game by spamming esc after selecting a scene transition menu option.

- fixed issue where dog-score does not display correctly after multiple playthroughs.

- fixed issue that lets you insta-kill the boss under certain circumstances

- fixed small bug in butterfly with a gun where he can shoot once right after dying

- reduced enemy speed towards the end of the level to decrease difficulty slightly  

- added a small extra reward for special players who beat the level once
